Greg Crispin

Greg Crispin initially started his appraisal apprenticeship in 2007 in Salem and became a licensed appraiser in 2009. He moved from Salem to Portland in 2010 where he has resided and appraised for the last 12 years. During that time, Greg upgraded his license to Certified Residential in 2018, got added to the FHA appraisal roster and got licensed in the state of Washington with additional coverage into the Vancouver market. Greg specializes in appraising urban properties within the Portland Metro area with thorough knowledge of Portland’s distinct neighborhoods.
